Featuring Peoria’s Project 3: An 11-mile Reclaimed Water Line Alignment Study

Peori's Project 3 represents the final project of the City’s reclaimed water program that will span over 25 miles of pipeline and over five years from the initiation of Project 1 through completion of Project 3.  Project 3 will take effluent from the Butler Water Reclamation Facility to the Beardsley Water Reclamation Facility. The over 11-mile alignment study reviewed potential route options to meet the following goals:  constructability, reduce cost, minimize traffic, and allow for opportunities to switch larger potable water customers to reclaimed water.
