The 2023 Program is Open!
Applications shall be evaluated objectively by a panel of no less than three but no greater than five persons designated by the sponsoring UCTA chapter. This may include board members or others as designated by the board to maintain the integrity of the review process.
The evaluation committee members shall have no direct interest in the awards, meaning no dependent, relative, or dependent of a co-worker may be included in the evaluation. If such an applicant is identified; that member shall be replaced by respective board as necessary to maintain a review committee of no less than three members.
Any and all information that may identify the applicant shall be removed prior to the committee evaluation.
Note that failure to identify or include a GPA may result in a zero awarded for that criteria. Also, the applicant’s name and personal information should only appear on this application form itself. Please do not include any identifying information within the discussion paper. Failure to ensure anonymity within the paper may result in disqualification.
You must note which chapter you are applying with on the application. Submit your online application and upload your PDF discussion paper via this LINK. Applications must be received prior to the deadline. The deadline for submitting the application is Sunday, April 30, 2023. Applications must be received by 11:59 pm central time – NO applications will be accepted after this time.
